About us
The Nigerian Society for Immunology (NSI) was founded in 1972. The NSI joined the International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS), an affiliate of the International Council of Scientific Unions (ICSU) the same year it was founded and was then the only African member.

The candidacy of individual applicants shall be decided by the Executive Committee on the basis of their research achievements and/or employment as appropriate to the field. The annual due and voting rights applicable to each grade of membership may differ.
